I can understand the high price complaint but I don’t understand the poor reviews! My salad was delicious and I had a great experience with Brie! She was so sweet! I will definitely be back!
This is my favorite fast casual restaurant. The Short North Columbus location is great! I e never had a bad meal here, the staff is on point and friendly, and the space is nice and light and well-maintained. I come here on my lunch break at work two or three times a week, and don’t feel bad about it at all. Love this place!
I went this morning on opening day about 20 min after they opened. The staff was very welcoming and helpful when it came to ordering. It was probably one of the best salads I've ever had. I really enjoyed the miso sesame ginger dressing.
I enjoyed my Steak Chophouse salad. I thought everything was quite tasty. My fiancee on the other hand did not like his Caramelized Steak Protein plate. It was very bland looking and underwhelming. When we went it was pretty busy. But we didn’t wait long in line. The employees seemed a little overwhelmed but were kind. Beautiful building and restaurant, lots of natural light. Very clean as well.
I enjoyed my experience at this sweet green. We’ve had them in Atlanta, Chicago, Ontario, Tampa, Indianapolis etc and glad there’s another option that’s driving distance. We drove from Cincinnati and I hope they make one here next! The worker who helped me Saturday 9/7/24 with the long bright red hair was great! They were really nice and did everything they were supposed to do. My only complaint is how the restrooms are set up at this location. I don’t like how the sinks/mirrors are outside the restroom, it feels weird.
I just visited sweet greeen Rochester! Emma was amazing and greeted us with a smile. She had fast and efficient service! Will be coming back.
We've been obsessed with Sweetgreen for years & love that we have one near where we live now. (We even attended the grand opening weekend.) We eat Sweetgreen at least once a week. Rad staff, lots of seating, brightness at the location & in the food! So good!
Tried for the first time today and really liked it! I ordered for pick up, everything tasted really fresh, and it was ready and waiting for me on time. One thing about this part of town in general is the parking is terrible, but if you don’t mind that then I would recommend stopping by!
